This bootcamp is aimed at people wanting to learn new skills and secure a leadership & management role. Backed by local employers, all participants will take part in a guaranteed interview.
Eligibility: 19+ & a West Sussex resident
The course includes the opportunity to study for an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management, valued by employers. This is fully funded and includes a year’s ILM membership.
The course runs 4 days a week, 9.30am – 3.30pm for 5 weeks. During this time you will receive a guaranteed job interview.

Locations: Crawley & Southwick
I received an excellent service from the Runway Training. First, I received examples CV and a Cover Letter. I found some useful informations there, that I used for my CV. Second, Coach was so friendly and professional, that I felt free to speak and share with everybody my experience and issues. Other participants told their experience freely too. Third, the information was given in simple sharp and had a good structure.
