CSCS Card Course

Providing you have a CSCS card, employment opportunities are high and there is no better time to upskill. The CSCS course will help you to understand the Health & Safety regulations relating to the construction industry. At the end of the course you will be supported to undertake your CSCS card test at a local centre.

Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance

This qualification is suitable for you if you wish to obtain the Internal Verifier / Moderator role and quality assure assessors and assessment.

Care Leadership and Management Level 5

Fully Funded – Care Certificate Training

Runway Training will work with you to create a tailor-made Care Certificate course for your staff in line with CQC requirements. All content will be delivered by our skilled and highly trained assessors who offer a wealth of experience in Health and Social Care settings.  The course will include:

Adult Care Worker Level 2

To work in care is to make a positive difference to someone’s life when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional or intellectual challenges. Adult Care Workers need to have the right values and behaviours developing competences and skills to provide high quality compassionate care and support.

CYPW – Residential Childcare Level 3

The Residential Childcare apprenticeship prepares learners to become residential childcare workers, enabling the development of the knowledge and skills needed when working with children and young people in a residential childcare setting, including an understanding of child and young person development.

Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)

Course for students who would like to be fully qualified assessors for learners in either the classroom and/or the work environment.

What is Runway Training?

Runway Training are a specialist provider of online Functional Skills and Leadership & Management training. We are equally known for our Apprenticeships, Traineeships and a wide range of courses all supporting YOUR development. Delivering training nationwide, we support thousands of learners a year to achieve nationally recognised qualifications. Offering a flexible approach to your learning experience with online, classroom and onsite training available.

How long does the process take?

It is very hard to give an accurate time frame due to every learner being different, working at different speeds and having differing amounts of time available to study however there is a recommended amount of 55 guided learning hours to be completed for these qualifications.

What support will be given?

Each learner has a main point of contact who checks in with them on a monthly basis and can be contacted via email / telephone if they require any support. The learner may be invited to our ‘virtual classroom’ 12-week sessions, sent additional resources or pre recorded webinars.

What is the process for exams?

Our examining board, City & Guilds offer a full remote option, allowing the learner to sit the exam from their computer at home or work. Alternatively, we can offer face to face exams at one of our centres. The wait time for exams is 7days for remote invigilation, 24hrs for online centre invigilated exams or 2 weeks for paper exams.
