I enjoyed it, I liked my teacher and he was always open to helping you understand the material. Allowing you to come to your conclusions. The class had an open discussion about the topics that were easy to be drawn into.

I took an English language course. We had a very good teacher Sam. He created a safe and comfortable environment in our group. I was not afraid to talk, I was not afraid to make mistakes. Practice is of great importance in teaching English. I had many practice opportunities.

Empowering customer service skills at Runway Training.
The dedication and expertise of the tutor and everyone in Runway were evident throughout the course. My tutor David ability to breakdown intricate subjects into understandable segments was particularly commendable. Their passion for the subject matter and commitment to student success made the learning experience both enjoyable and rewarding.
Additionally, the support from the course staff was outstanding. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, the prompt and thorough responses I received were greatly appreciated and contributed significantly to my positive experience. Overall, my experience with customer service course was highly enriching and equipped me with valuable skills and knowledge that i am eager to apply.

Knowledge, friendly, helpful, respectful
