The impact of embedding a workplace well-being strategy within your organisation can be seen in reduced absences and conflict, with increased staff morale, productivity and efficiency.
Everyone works at slightly different speeds, but we expect the programme to take around 4-6 months, depending on the amount of time delegates are able to allocate. Furloughed workers are eligible and will be able to accelerate the timescale. Typically around 5-10 hours per week is usual, during work time where possible.

The programme will enrol from late November into early December. As part of establishing eligibility of both the organisation and the individual, we will carry out a training needs analysis and ask for evidence to demonstrate some elements of eligibility, with declarations covering the rest.
