Running in North Kent, this 6- week programme is for young people aged 16-18 who are currently not in education and need some support in exploring the different options open to them
This programme is aimed at young people who are NEET (not in education, employment or training) and need support before considering re-engaging with education or their next steps.
Delegates will participate in a variety of activities specifically created to address their individual needs.
All participants will benefit from Enterprise Skills, accessing talks from leading local Businesses. This Dragon’s Den style workshop builds confidence, presentation skills and team working and has been used successfully since 2017 with young people across the county.
They’ll be an escape room activity as well as team building activities throughout the course.
Participants will benefit from fun and engaging sessions surrounding wellbeing and mind-set to establish new and improved habits and behaviours, all contributing towards keeping them engaged in EET (education, employment or training).
They will receive individual, independent, and impartial careers advice and guidance sessions with a qualified IAG advisor to help find and progress into a positive destination.
Every Wednesday for 6 weeks, commencing 25th May 2022. 10:00-15:00, Lunch will be provided.
