Runway Futures

Runway Futures is our study programme for 16-18 year olds who are not in education or training (NEET) and is a tailored study programme where learners can prepare for their next steps.

The programme focuses on developing key skills such as communication, problem solving, and critical thinking. It also offers guidance and support in accessing further education or employment.

The programme is free to learners and is designed to help them reach their goals. In addition to learning and workplace exposure, learners will also study towards their functional skills as part of the programme. Learners will also have access to a tutor who can provide support and guidance. The programme also offers opportunities for learners to develop relationships with potential employers. This programme is tailored to the needs of each individual learner.
