Via a careers advisor at West Kent College.
What were your roles during your Apprenticeship?
Digital marketing, email marketing, social media. Being able to use the telephone, emails, invoicing.
What skills do you feel you have gained?
Being able to experience a working environment first hand and learn at the same time was so useful for my future career path.
How has Runway Training helped you?
Ben was a brilliant assessor who helped me when I needed it and really made me work hard and stay on track for a firm finish.
How has the Apprenticeship helped you?
It has helped me because it has allowed me to get into the working world and learn new things every day. I have expanded my knowledge within the business environment.
Would you recommend Apprenticeships and why?
Yes! I would recommend them because they really are the best way to get into the working world, due to being able to learn and work at the same time. Being an apprenticeship and being able to work your way up within a company is really rewarding and I think more businesses should be looking to employ apprentices where possible before any other role.
Have you got any advice for people looking for apprenticeships or applying for them?
I would definitely advise to go for it! Make sure you are really interested in the job role too and don’t be afraid!
What are your future plans?
To keep on expanding my knowledge within the Digital Marketing sector and to be able to branch out into a role where I can use more of my creative abilities.
The end goal?
There is no end goal, I want to keep improving in my chosen sector and be happy within my career.
