When you apply for a course, you will be asked about any physical disability, learning difficulty, disability, or health conditions that you may have. This information helps us identify if you need support and if so, what the most appropriate support is.
Even if you have never experienced any learning difficulties before, you may still seek advice if you are struggling with the course work. First speak to your teacher to discuss your difficulties and if your teacher agrees that you may benefit from additional support, either you or your teacher can request support from our Learning Support Manager.
We have staff who are experienced in supporting learners with dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder, sensory and physical needs, moderate and severe learning difficulties.

Programmes at Runway Training are full of opportunities to connect learning with the real world. As part of our commitment to preparing learners for successful careers, we regularly invite employers from a range of sectors to visit and share their insights.
These sessions give learners a first-hand look at what it’s really like to work in different industries, highlighting the key skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to thrive in specific job roles.
Employers talk about their own career journeys, the qualities they look for when recruiting, and how learners can develop the professional attitudes that make a lasting impression. A Day in The Life of sessions help bridge the gap between education and employment, motivating learners to set clear goals for their future.
