• English & Maths Functional Skills provide support for learners who did not achieve their GCSEs.
• Employability Support includes CV building, interview preparation, job-search skills, and confidence development.
• Tailored Work Placements offer real workplace experience within the sector the learner wants to enter.
• The 6-Month Programme runs from January 2026 to July 2026.
• A Personalised Qualification Routeway gives each learner a flexible training pathway aligned with their career goals.
