Service Adviser Apprentice, Maidstone

This role will involve supporting the sales department with enquiries, taking calls and logging information, as well as taking service enquiries and booking customers in for services, MOT’s, and repairs. You be required to complete a range of other various tasks, including writing emails, filing, copying and any other general admin tasks.

The employer is looking for someone who has a strong level of initiative and confidence as the role will be demanding at times. A basic knowledge of cars would be a distinct advantage as you will be required speak to part suppliers and other contractors about customer vehicles as well as having the ability to explain the work carried out to the customer. They will provide all onsite training and help you grow into the role, however it is crucial that you have the work ethic to keep up with a demanding and rapidly growing business.

You will need to be a competent driver and have a clean driving licence, as their insurance will not allow otherwise. You will be required to drive customer vehicles as well as the company’s own so it is crucial that you are competent behind the wheel.


Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service (Diploma, Technical Knowledge, Employee Rights & Responsibilities, and Maths and English, if not already held)

£185 per week

Working week:

40 hours over 5 days plus overtime
