Using new and existing methods to source the best talent in the education market, your role will be to introduce Ribbons & Reeves to these Candidates. Explaining how our service can benefit their job search.
You’ll be trained to interview candidates, to understand their experience and the preferences of their job search.
Key elements of your role would be to write adverts and marketing materials relating to the candidates you have qualified, so good written English is essential.
Regular communication with your candidates ensures you build strong relationships with them. It’s important to be able to build rapport with your candidates as well as giving them confidence through your credibility.

Being able to build rapport quickly. Ability to think outside the box and be self-sufficient when aware of how to complete tasks.
Hours are long. Admin side of recruitment can be repetitive. High expectation of time spent speaking to people.
