Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship – Tonbridge

We are looking to for an individual who is gifted in the art of conversation, confident and loves market leading cutting edge technology. We want our customer service to be the very best that it can be, so we are looking for people who enjoy helping people, by simply letting them know you will do your very best to help them and when you have made a promise to a customer you will stick to your word.

We are a software development and support company, we are EPoS, Mobile Apps and cashless payment specialists. We support over 250 clubs and schools manage data and generate revenues from our fully integrated, open platform system and have been in the industry for over 20 years.

Roles will Include

  • Answering phones
  • Updating call records into CRM
  • Filing
  • Training on Hardware & Software
  • Equipment set up & Support


  • ICT – Microsoft Office & Typing Skills
  • Teamwork
  • Clear Communication Skills

 Required Qualification / Experience

  • GCSE grades above C
