Your duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone/letter writing.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Processing new business applications for our advisers.
  • Creating & updating client records on our back-office systems.
  • Requesting and chasing outstanding plan information from the various providers we use.
  • Collating up to date client information for the advisers ahead of client meetings.
  • Working in conjunction with the Client services Manager.
  • Any other duties the business requires.

Training to be provided

Full on the job training will be provided internally. External training input will be provided as required.

Future prospects

If you decide Financial Services is for you then the opportunity exists for the right person to progress within the business to Paraplanner and eventually Financial Planner.

Qualifications
