Providing administrative support to the customer service and planning team
We’re looking for an enthusiastic customer service planning apprentice to provide admin support to our customer services team. You will be responding to customer and staff enquiries to help support the delivery of our repairs service. You’ll have great communication skills, as you’ll be speaking to customers to confirm or reschedule planned appointments.
Throughout the apprenticeship you will be expected to complete all educational assignments and work training as required. You will gain real workplace experience and a range of transferrable skills.
Many of our apprentices have gone on to secure full-time roles in West Kent.
- Basic ICT skills; Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Personal qualities required:
- Problem solving skills
- Good communicator
- Willingness to learn
Grade A–C or above in Maths, English or equivalent qualifications
Desk based role in an environment where customers can demonstrate challenging behaviours. Almost all of the role involves using a computer and liaising with other departments and field engineers.
£235.32 per week
37 hours - Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5.15 pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm (One hour unpaid lunch)
