Business Admin – Kings Hill

To provide administrative support to the Procurement Team with specific responsibility for processing purchasing documents and materials and responding to related enquiries; and maintaining vendor/source information and data bases.

Job Responsibilities:

•Processing of invoices liaising with account payable to ensure the timely payment of suppliers
•Processing of Purchase Orders and Invoices to approved external suppliers
•Maintaining accurate information in a number of excel databases to enhance the efficiency of the IT department including the contracts database
•Filing paper documentation
•Maintaining preferred supplier lists
•Supporting and assisting the Procurement Manager and Buyer where required
•Liaising with approved suppliers as and when necessary
•Undertaking any other duties as necessary within the IT dept

Required Skills:
