Business Admin Apprentice

To provide a high quality technical support/returns service with VisionCare product lines

Full Description of Role:

  • Receiving goods from Customers
  • Order Entry and Technical advice to customers
  • Upselling/Telesales duties
  • Raising Returns Manifest Advice (RMA)  for returned surgical goods
  • Dealing with Customers exchanges, out of warranties and damaged goods
  • Raising of credits for goods returned
  • Maintaining records of returned goods as well as expected returns
  • Maintaining accurate records of returned products
  • Organising stockroom and allocation storage space
  • Organising shipment of returned goods to Holland
  • Organising the destruction of returned and damaged goods
  • Maintaining inventory of VisionCare goods
  • Liaising with Holland
  • Liaising with the VisionCare Customer Service team
  • Liaising with VisionCare Customer Services Representatives
  • Liaising with the Customer Relations Assistant
  • Liaising with the VisionCare Sales Team
  • Liaising with Reception/ dispatch in regards to shipment of goods
  • Shared services departments

Required Qualifications:

  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent grade A-C preferable
  • At least 2 years’ experience within a multi-tasking role preferable

£120 per week

Working week:

30 hours – 1 hour for lunch (6hrs per day Mon-Fri)
