Based in our Head Office in Folkestone you will receive excellent training and development in all aspects of the Recruitment business.
- General Administration including filing, scanning, sending out emails, references
- Answering the telephone – speaking to candidates and clients, assisting with booking staff into assignments.
- Placing job advertisements on job boards, in our office window and website.
- CV Resourcing – calling potential candidates and arranging interviews.
- Use of our social media sites to advertise our vacancies and market our company.
Training to be Provided:
- Training on Recruitment
- Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship
- Interviewing candidates
- Using various job boards
- IT literate – particularly Excel.
- Good telephone manner
Required Personal Qualities:
- Desire to achieve
- smart appearance
- outgoing personality
- GCSE’s in Maths and English
- Very busy office
- No two days are the same

£138.75 per week
9am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday – 1 hour for lunch
