Business Admin Apprentice – Folkestone

Based in our Head Office in Folkestone you will receive excellent training and development in all aspects of the Recruitment business.

Responsibilities:

  • General Administration including filing, scanning, sending out emails, references
  • Answering the telephone – speaking to candidates and clients, assisting with booking staff into assignments.
  • Placing job advertisements on job boards, in our office window and website.
  • CV Resourcing – calling potential candidates and arranging interviews.
  • Use of our social media sites to advertise our vacancies and market our company.

Training to be Provided:

  • Training on Recruitment
  • Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Advertising
  • Using various job boards

Required Skills:

  • IT literate – particularly Excel.
  • Good telephone manner

Required Personal Qualities:

  • Desire to achieve
  • smart appearance
  • outgoing personality

Required Qualifications:

  • GCSE’s in Maths and English

Reality Check:

  • Very busy office
  • No two days are the same

Future Prospects:

  • Trainee Recruitment Consultant

 

Salary:

£138.75 per week

Working week:

9am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday – 1 hour for lunch
