Assisting recruiter with end to end recruitment process

Full description of vacancy:

  • Advertising vacancies via job boards and social Media
  • Reply to messages via social media
  • Screening new candidates
  • Arranging interviews
  • Sending out Job offers
  • Requesting all relevant documentation from candidates
  • Processing DBS applications
  • Requesting references for candidates
  • Chasing and verifying references
  • Ensuring documentation is compliant before candidate starts work
  • Sending out new starter forms
  • Making ID badges
  • Assist with arranging shadow shifts
  • Providing new starters with uniform and PPE.

Desired skills:

Excellent communication

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office applications

Good standard English and Maths – GCSE or higher
