This role will involve all elements of food preparation including vegetables, meat and desserts. You will be responsible for cleaning, storing food correctly and working on the a la carte menu. You will gain a good grounding in hospitality and get the chance to work as part of a friendly, experienced kitchen team. As your confidence and ability grows, there will be opportunities for you to take on more responsibility within the kitchen whilst constantly growing your skills set.

Level 2 Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery (Diploma, Technical knowledge, Employee Rights & Responsibilities and maths and English if not already held)
This employer is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and good at time-keeping, as well as being a good communicator and motivated. You must be passionate about food/cooking.
30 hours in shifts, Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week. Shifts will vary between:
6.30am to 10.30am
10.30am to 5.30pm
12pm til finish
£5 per hour
