Apprentice Chef, West Malling

This is an opportunity to learn everything from beginner to advanced cheffing skills.

You will be required to prepare vegetables, wash pots, make deserts and starters and learn the general environment of a busy kitchen.

As your confidence and ability grows there will be opportunities for you to take on more responsibility in the kitchen.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual and enthusiastic

TRAINING:

Full level 2 hygiene, knife skills, butchery, fish, sauces, desserts. Level 2 Professional Cookery Apprenticeship

Salary:

National Minimum Wage based on age

Working week:

Weekly shift rota, 30-40 hours a week with flexible days off
