The successful candidate will learn all areas of the kitchen and will support the existing chefs with an aim to taking on more responsibility very early on.
The restaurant is welcoming and unpretentious with well- spaced tables, west facing views of the setting sun and discreet, friendly staff. When darkness falls, the room is bathed in candlelight, and ideal for a romantic dinner for two, whilst the relaxed atmosphere lends itself perfectly to corporate entertaining or a meal with friends.
Everything is homemade from the finest seasonal produce, and our a la carte menu changes daily.
You will be working in a busy kitchen alongside professional chefs.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing starters and desserts
- Preparing fresh food
- Making dressings and food preparation
- Helping to maintain a hygienic working environment
- Working in a team to help create dishes to customer preference
- Service and plating up the food.
- Working under pressure

The restraunt is fine dining and has 2AA rosettes. It is a very hard venue to reach so applicants need to be able to commute to and from work.
