This role will involve learning all areas of the kitchen and supporting the existing chefs with an aim to taking on more responsibility very early on. This will include starters, mains, deserts and prep, among others.
You will be working at an award-winning pub, situated on a village green in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. They have a beautiful walled garden offering stunning lake views, with pretty herbaceous borders and hand-made picnic tables, and in winter, they have two roaring log fires.

Level 2 Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery (NVQ, Technical Certification, Employee Rights and Responsibilities, and Maths and English, if required)
