An administration and customer service role, dealing with engineer’s paperwork, confirming installations for customers, liaising with engineers, providing technical support after installation. To provide both clerical and customer service support to the various divisions within the company. This role will involve both clerical and telephonic customer interaction.

Full Training on all internal systems, procedures and throughout all divisions, including Customer Services, Contracts, Accounts, and Installations.
Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.

Full Description of Vacancy:
1.Update the internal data base systems utilised within the divisions.
2.Administration of internal paperwork
3.Daily data entry into the internal data base systems.
4.Extensive customer liaison, all telephonically
5.Screening of Supervisors calls.
Desired Personal Qualities:
Ability to work independently and have strong communications skills. – Well spoken with a good telephone manner. Attention to detail. Problem Solving and self-motivated. Team player who can interact at all levels.
Desired Qualifications:
Maths and English GSE
Future Prospects:
Full time position with the company.
Things to Consider:
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT – with no walking routes form the bus stops or stations – own transport is essential
