As an ideal candidate you must have a strong customer service ethos with the drive to meet targets and tight deadlines.
You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.
Credit control duties include contacting business customers when payment is overdue, explaining the terms of their credit and arranging payment. Aspects of the admin role rely heavily on the use and manipulation of spreadsheets and the use of their Sage account software.
